04 September 2016ARTAR Real Estate Development utilise new technology to bring
Mada Residences to life like never before
Dubai - Real estate investors descending upon Cityscape Global this week (6-8 September) can expect to experience one of Dubai's new skyscrapers like never before.
Mada Residences, a 36-storey high rise residential tower in Downtown Dubai, will be brought to life thanks to new, state-of-the-art technology that has never been utilised at the region's premier real estate event, and will set the development sky high above its competitors.
Cityscape visitors at the ARTAR Real Estate Development stand, the Dubai-based developer behind Mada Residences, will be invited to step into an immersion cube where they will walk around the larger than average 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments, recreated within millimetres of the actual design so that they can appreciate the layouts, textures, lights and materials used.
An experience which has taken the developers more than six months to create, the cube is fitted with motion sensors so that the visitor can easily move around the apartment and understand how the apartments embody the spirit of 'liveability'.
"Technology is becoming more and more important when we speak to our investors," said ARTAR's Chief Executive, Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Rashid. "We have invested in creating this virtual reality world for visitors to our Cityscape Global stand so that they can experience what it will be like to walk into a Mada Residences home.
"Liveability isn't just a buzz word we use to pique an interest from investors. Each apartment has been designed to ensure it provides end users and residents a better level of space and comfort. The immersion cube will bring that space to life, right from the exhibition floor of Cityscape Global and will offer a proof point to potential investors of the quality in this development."
Complementing the five square metre cube, a core component of the ARTAR stand in Hall 2 of the Dubai World Trade Centre, will be a number of virtual reality headsets which will provide a similar experience but will use technology from a newly designed mobile app called Mada Residences.
Available to download on both iOS and Android devices, the app allows investors and anyone interested in the development to take the property home in their pocket and experience it at a touch of a button. It allows the client to feel the space and understand the intelligent design of each apartment.
"We believe that using technology in this way offers added benefits to our investors and communicates with them in a way that has never been done before," added Al Rashid. "I expect this will be a trend we will see much more of from the industry over the coming years but we have worked hard to be one of the first to offer it in this region."
Progressive developers agree that liveable homes should generally be open-plan and designed to maximise space, are easy to move around in, easy to use and allow people of all ages and abilities to live in, or visit, comfortably.
ARTAR has designed Mada Residences around these principles. Located just a minute's walk from Dubai Mall, it offers 193 larger than average 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments. ARTAR is scheduled for a relatively early delivery of all units in Q2 2018.
ARTAR is the real estate development arm of Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid & Sons, a group with over 50 years of regional experience in delivering high end projects on schedule.
