Maisarah’s Auto Finance follows the Islamic concept of Murabaha offering competitive profit rate along with flexible payment periods. Financing is available for used and new vehicles with flexible payment tenure up to 10 years. The maximum finance amount is available up to OMR 80,000.

Helping customers live their dream of owning a home, Home Finance from Maisarah is a Sharia compliant alternative to conventional home loan where it helps finance the purchase of residential properties, which is based on Ijarah structure. The ownership is executed through either an independent sale transaction or gift transaction. It is available for purchase of property or land.

Placing great emphasis on learning of the future generations, Maisarah’s Education Finance follows the Islamic concept of Ijarah Al Manafa’a and covers tuition fee and cost of books among others. Customers can enjoy fast and easy approval with simple documentation. Finance will be provided for up to 10 years and grace period is provided for college students for first three years.

Fulfilling customer’s property finance needs whether it is to purchase ready property, construction, purchase of land plot, renovation and extension of existing property; Maisarah’s Property Finance is developed using the Diminishing Musharakah structure. With fast approval and easy documentation, the product offers flexible payment tenure up to 25 years.

Serving customers aspiration to buy a variety of products, Maisarah’s Goods Finance follows the Islamic concept of Murabaha, with finance up to 100% of goods cost and flexible payment tenure up to 10 years. Maisarah has partnered with several leading showrooms and outlets in the Sultanate. 

Offering an opportunity for customers to see the world, Masiarah’s Travel Finance follows the Islamic concept of Service Ijarah with an option to cover all types of travel expenses. Finance is available for up to two years and three years for Hajj and Umrah. The finance offers easy approval process with simple documentation.
