The ‘Khidmah Training Centre’ is part and parcel of the company’s efforts to deliver market-leading solutions, unique customer experiences and service delivery excellence to its clients across the region.
The Khidmah Training Centre will be led by certified trainers and has been divided into zones that replicate real-life work scenarios, with dedicated sections that focus on mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, customer service skills and much more. The centre is also equipped with a lecture hall that will be used to deliver various training courses and certifications to Khidmah staff including The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) certification. Khidmah currently has over 3000 technical staff working in the UAE alone.
