Riyadh – Dallah Health, a leading healthcare provider serving more than 1.5 million patients annually, today announced that it is completing the first phase of its renovation of Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital in Riyadh. The project, representing an investment of about SAR 70 million, is part of an integrated plan to provide an exceptional experience for patients and their families through modern facilities and clinics.

Established in 1987, Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital has transformed into a medical cluster extending over an area of 180,000 square meters. It provides more than 200 clinics and 20 integrated specialized centers for all areas of medical care – supervised by more than 450 of the region’s best doctors – and receives more than one million referrals annually.

The renovation will also include a major expansion of the hospital’s emergency department to upgrade its reception facilities, providing more than 50 beds that can receive patients around the clock.

Eng. Tarek Othman Alkasabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dallah Health Group, said: “The renovation of Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital reflects our continued commitment to providing the highest standards of healthcare to communities in Saudi Arabia. We are proud that the hospital has become one of the best in the Kingdom for reliable medical advice and the first destination for critical illnesses.

“Medical efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and safety in healthcare are at the heart of everything we have been doing for more than three decades. At Dallah, we are keen to complement our trusted medical advice with modern facilities that cater to today’s patients and reflect the latest industry trends. Our ultimate objective is to provide the highest standards of care to the Saudi community, of which we are an integral part.”

Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital’s renovation will be carried out in phases with a view to conclude the upgrades of all facilities by Q4 2022, establishing the hospital at the forefront of modern healthcare providers in Riyadh and the wider Kingdom.

Dallah Health Group was established in 1987 and was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange in 2012. Since listing, the group’s business has nearly quadrupled and now includes six healthcare facilities serving more than 1.5 million patients across the Kingdom. With more than 900 beds and 500 outpatient clinics, Dallah employs over 3,000 employees, including around 1,000 doctors that are carefully selected to deliver the highest standards of care to communities in Saudi Arabia.
