Muscat - In line with its endeavours to provide the most preferred corporate banking solutions, best services and most innovative products, BankDhofar recently signed an agreement with Haya Water to provide an online integration payment solution for Haya Water customers via BankDhofar's Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs).

The agreement was bilaterally signed on Thursday, September 3rd, 2015 by Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, Acting CEO of BankDhofar and Eng. Hussain Hassan Abdul Hussain, CEO ofHaya Water at the Haya Water headquarters in Al Ansub.

Commenting on the agreement, Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, BankDhofar Acting CEO, said: "This strategic partnership with Haya Water aims to enhance the payment system and to ease the financial transactions for the company's customers. It also demonstrates our continuous efforts to provide a full range of corporate banking services and unique products that are tailored to fulfilthe needs and requirements of all our customers."

As per the agreement,BankDhofar will setupa comprehensive and fully-integrated online payment system, including an onsite Full-Function-Machine (FFM), and will create a bill payment facility for Haya Water customers. The project will enable the access system, used for auto load collection, to be integrated directly with BankDhofar for payments. The system will be used to ease the payment process for tanker drivers and eliminatethe manual steps that are being followed at present.
