Airport International Group(AIG) - the Jordanian company responsible for the rehabilitation, expansion and operation of Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) - has signed an agreement with CrysTelCall regarding the operation and management of the Airport's call center. Available 24 hours a day and seven days a week in both Arabic and English, the call center will provide an additional channel for passengers to contact the Airport with questions, comments and information requests at any time.

Stemming from the desire to provide optimal service to QAIA's growing number of passengers, the call center will enable the Airport to continue to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively, processing a larger number of calls in less time while also adhering to an enhanced standard of customer service. The call center will also provide travelers with up-to-the-minute information on flight schedules, flight statuses, weather conditions and more.

"In light of our commitment to provide a positive travel experience to those visiting or travelling through Jordan's prime gateway to the world, we are constantly seeking to enhance and support the services on offer at QAIA. Through this call center, travelers will be able to communicate with the Airport directly, receiving prompt and useful feedback on their questions and concerns," said Airport International Group CEO, Kjeld Binger.
