Riyadh –   The Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) said that Italmatch Chemicals and the Saudi Development and Innovation Group (SADIG) signed a contract to establish an integrated phosphate complex with SAR 1 billion in investments.

The complex will be established in Waad Al Shamaal City and Jubail Industrial City, according to SAGIA’s statement.

The statement further noted that SADIG received the licence to start its business in the GCC nation.

The framework of the project was not revealed.
