Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) on Thursday announced siging a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US conglomerate General Electric (GE) to consider the means of supporting digital transformation in the kingdom's industrial sector.

The two firms will discuss potential cooperation in digital solutions that will contribute to enhancing and improving Ma’aden’s operations in the mining sector, according to the Saudi company's statement.

This deal will also help Ma’aden’s employees lead digital transformation programmes in the company.

Under this MoU, the Saudi mining firm aims to improve its business, as well as raise its efficiency in an effort to implement its role in Saudi Vision 2030.
