UAE-based Al Ghurair Properties has announced steady progress on three of its key residential projects - Muteena 226, 658 & Muraqabbat 131 - coming up at Deira in Dubai.
 
The internal finishing and MEP work in full swing and these projects are on track for completion by the end of May.
 
The real estate development arm of Al Ghurair Investment said the announcement is in line with its relentless commitment to projects’ quality and timely completion.
 
The upcoming three projects are part of Al Ghurair Properties’ Dh5 billion ($1.36 billion) project portfolio spread aross the emirate.
 
A total of 46 buildings projects are being developed across key locations of Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Warqa & Al Qusais in Dubai. Under this plan a total of 5,260 residential units are being developed along with 297,422 sq ft of retail units by Q4 2020.

These three new buildings will host 462 distinct quality residential units, adding to the well-balanced lifestyle of the Deira residents, coupled with popular retail opportunities within a notable proximity, an easy access to Salahuddin metro station and other public transports, connectivity to Dubai’s main landmarks and tourism spots.

Recently in third and fourth quarter of 2018, Al Ghurair Properties delivered 5 new residential projects - in Deira and Bur Dubai, catering to a dynamic cultural experience, and offering 486 - residential units, with 144 studio apartments, 203 one-, 103 two- and 36 three- apartments, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
