Aston Martin said on Wednesday its losses swelled to 118 million pounds ($142.20 million) last year, hurt by higher costs and as supply-chain snarls forced the luxury carmaker to delay deliveries.

The British company had reported an adjusted operating loss of 74.3 million pounds for the same period a year earlier. ($1 = 0.8298 pounds) (Reporting by Yadarisa Shabong in Bengaluru; Editing by Subhranshu Sahu)
