Egypt and Qatar are considering the launch of a joint investment fund, Egyptian Minister of Planning Hala El Said told Asharq Business on February 28th.

This comes within the framework of the Egyptian Premier Mostafa Madbouly’s official visit to Qatar to bolster bilateral cooperation in several fields of common interest.

It is worth mentioning that Egypt and Qatar signed an agreement on February 27th to eliminate double taxation on income and prevent tax invasion and avoidance.
