Muscat: The Sultanate's total electricity production until the end of February 2020 declined by 6.5 per cent to stand at 4,080.2 gigawatts (GW) per hour, compared to the end of the same period in 2019, which stood at 4,365.6 GW per hour, according to the statistics released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).

On the other hand, the water production of the Sultanate reached 446.1 million cubic metres till the end of December 2019, comprising an increase by 5.8 per cent, compared to the end of December 2018, which stood at 421.7 million cubic metres.
