Cairo, Grand Rotana Resort & Spa received the prestigious World Travel Award during the World Travel Market on 11th of November 09.
World Travel Awards 2009 Honored the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa in Egypt.
World Travel Awards was launched in 1993 to acknowledge and recognize excellence in the world's travel and tourism industry. Thousands of votes are cast by travel professionals from 170,000 travel and tourism companies and organizations in 160 countries. The event was attended by senior executives from major travel companies, operators and destinations.
The winner of the 16th World Travel Awards, voted by travel agents worldwide, for Egypt is the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa Sharm El Sheikh. "With thousands of votes, we received this prestigious award of the Best Spa in Africa, as one of the most important awards in the travel industry. I feel deeply proud to be part of them.
