Global exhibitors are competing to showcase their residential projects

Dubai, UAE, 31st March 2015

Retail purchases dominated the second day of the 11th International Property Show, which coincided with the Annual Investment Meeting 2015, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC) where global exhibitors are competing to showcase their residential projects.

The show, one its kind in DICEX for retail properties, is offering unique opportunities for visitors to buy properties according to their requirements of pricing, locations, payment schemes and quality of finishes.

Josine Heijmans, Exhibition Director, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, organizers of the International Property Show, said: "The exhibition was visited by a wide range of buyers who are very keen to purchase properties in certain locations in Dubai. Expatriates in the UAE showed preference for buying over renting as the majority of them look at living in the Emirate long term.
