Wataniya Palestine Telecom (WPT), the new mobile telecommunications network in Palestine, organized on Sunday a recruitment day for its Customer Care department at the Al Najah University in Nablus.
The event began with a presentation on the company and its progress to date which was followed by a speech by Mr. Rafi' Daraghmeh the head of the university's careers' office in which he welcomed Wataniya Palestine to al Najah. WPT's Senior Human Resource Manager, Ms. Nuha Al Masri, thanked the university for opening its doors to Wataniya and informed the audience that following the interviews Wataniya staff will be producing a short list of students who will be asked to visit the company's head quarters in Ramallah for a second interview.
Ms. Al Masri also thanked the university's careers' office and informed the audience that the selected candidates will receive very advanced customer care training delivered by some of the most professional customer care managers from around the world.
Representatives of Wataniya Palestine interviewed a total of 66 students during the event.
