Amman, Jordan - United Pioneering Business, authorized Samsung AC dealer, signed an agreement to supply Samsung High Ambient VRF Central Air Conditioning to the Khader Salam Residential Company

Engineer Shadi Zahran, UPB Central Air Conditioning Manager, signed with Engineer Jihad Salam, General Manager of Khader Salam Residential Company in the presence of Engineer Jamil Abu Al Rab, Housing Project Manager at UPB.

Last year, Samsung launched the VRF fourth-generation systems, which is characterized by the highest cooling capacity in the world up to 80HP and an efficiency up to 4.57, providing a huge reduction of electricity consumption compared to other air conditioning systems.  It also incorporates thinner interior units, which reaches the thickness of the internal unity of type (One way cassette type) to 13.5 cm and the unity of air-conditioning of the type of DECT (Ducted Type) to 19.9 cm.  These dimensions make the Samsung VRF a friend to the interior architects and architecture and not a burden on their designs.  This is due to Samsung's high flexibility of installation of large projects and the pipes between the internal and external units are up to 1000 meters and have a high temperature carrying capacity up to 60 degrees Celsius.

It is worth mentioning that United Pioneering Business has recently established, in collaboration with Samsung, a specialized center for servicing and maintenance of air conditioning, which is unique of its kind in the Jordanian market and the region.

The housing project is located in the area of Medina Al Munawara Street. It should be noted that the office of Engineer Emad Farhood designed the building in a distinctive contemporary method, among the highest specifications, in terms of interfaces, architecture, and interior design partitions corresponding with the requirements of the Khader Salam Residential Company.

Khouri also assured that the Khader Salam Company's choice of Samsung Systems is the cornerstone of building a strong relationship between UPB and the Khader Salam Company.

The central AC department of UPB, in collaboration with Samsung, performed an in-depth study to find the best solutions and choose the best hardware system of the High Ambient VRF.
