The Real Estate Regulatory Agency- Ajman, said it has decided to hold a number of meetings for the owner associations of REIE's projects, including Al Rashidiya, Falcon, Horizon, Al khour, Al Nuaimiya, Corniche and the Garden City. ARRA has scheduled the meeting of Al Rashidiya and Falcon Owner Associations on the nineteenth of this month, while the 20th October for the Horizon and the Al Khour Owner Associations. The 21st of October has been set for the meeting of Al Nuaimiya and the Corniche Owner Associations and the 27th for the Garden City.

The meetings aim to officially approve members and heads of these associations, which will operate under the umbrella of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency-Ajman. ARRA will appoint specialized companies to carry out the administrative supervision of the associations.
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ARRA, earlier issued Administrative Decision No. 21 of 2015 on the establishment of the Owner Associations for the purposes of providing the necessary services for real estate projects and building investment in the freehold areas in the emirate of Ajman.
