The Organizing Committee of the 12th Asia Pacific Conference for Giftedness concludes the GCC tour

The event will be hosted in the Middle East for the first time.
The list includes China, India, Australia and Singapore.
250 GCC students will participate at the event.
Ministers and University professors to represent Saudi Arabia and Kuwait delegations.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates April 21, 2012: The Organizing Committee for H.H.S Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for the Distinguished Academic Performance, the host of the 12th Asia Pacific Conference on Giftedness which will take place between 14th to 18th July 2012 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, have completed their tour to the Ministries and Educational institution in the Gulf.

The tour agenda included more than 20 visits to the Ministries of Education and educational organizations in the GCC countries such as King Abdullah Education Development - 'Tatweer' and King Faisal International Prize in Saudi, The Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Center for Research and Studies in Kuwait and the University of Bahrain in the Manama .were on top of the list

The tour yielded high levels of responsiveness and enthusiasm. Members of the delegation also discussed the participation of senior officials and representatives of ministries of education, higher education and universities as speakers at the conference along with the active participation of professors, teachers and students.

HE Dr. Jamal Al Muhairi, Secretary General of Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Academic Performance Outstanding led the Organizing Committee during the toure joined with the president of the Supreme

Committee for the 12th Conference of the Asian and Pacific countries for the Giftedness as well as HE Sulaiman Abdul Khaliq Ansari, Executive Director of the award Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for the performance of educational Excellence and a member of the Supreme Council of the Conference of the Asian and Pacific countries for the Giftedness and Mr. David Shezawi, CEO of strategic exhibitions and conferences, the event organizer.
