Dubai - 25 November 2007: Tanmiyat Group recently concluded its successful participation in Cityscape India 2007, the leading property and real estate exhibition, which was held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, India, from 19 to 21 November. In addition to being a Gold Sponsor of the event, Tanmiyat also sponsored the Cityscape India Real Estate Awards, which rewarded excellence in real estate development and investment within India.

Tanmiyat Group is one of the Middle East's top property developers, having expanded operations from its base in Saudi Arabia into the UAE and Turkey. The Group's sights are now firmly set on new frontiers beyond the Middle East region, including Asia and North Africa, and Cityscape India was the perfect occasion to showcase the Tanmiyat Group brand in one of the world's most rapidly-expanding property markets.

Tanmiyat Group made its presence felt at the exhibition with one of the three largest pavilions on display built around its new flagship development, Ajman Marina. The Cityscape India opening ceremony was graced with the presence of Mr. Donald Trump Jr., who visited the Tanmiyat pavilion. The young real estate entrepreneur was welcomed by Mr. Bharat Thakker, Managing Director of Tanmiyat Group, and briefed about Tanmiyat's latest project.

The event attracted regional and international investors, property developers, leading architects and top designers, which made it the perfect place for Tanmiyat to establish the necessary relationships for its intended expansion into India.

Tanmiyat also sponsored the elaborate Cityscape India Real Estate Awards, held on Tuesday, 20 November 2007, at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, and attended by senior executives and personalities from the real estate industry, as well as several high profile special guests. Mr. Bharat Thakker was present during the event and presented the first "Best Real Estate Marketing Campaign Award".
