Dubai, UAE: Recently joining the Sheraton Deira Hotel & Towers management team is Areephan Sawanee, who is appointed as the Director of Rooms.
Areephan hails from the exotic country of Thailand and brings with her to Dubai a wealth of professional experience in Front Office management of over 15 years in the hospitality industry.
By qualification, Areephan holds a Bachelors degree of Arts from Silpakorn university, Thailand. Besides she holds several certifications and to name a few 'Grooming to be a great Leader', 'Strategic Vision Workshop' and 'Crisis Communications Workshop'.
She started off her career as a Guest Relation Officer at a deluxe hotel in Pattaya in 1986. Following this start Areephan joined Starwood in 1997 as Reception Manager at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers and has steadily grown within the hotel to being the Front Office Manager.
