She says that men usually tend to say that they should negotiate with a man rather than with a woman. Still a high number of men in this region assume that women are inferior persons and while negotiations they do not treat them as coequal partners.

It may help if the government would implement policies that create employment opportunities especially for women and create institutional mechanisms that promote women's well-being and success in the workforce.
