Lusail employees and contractors came together at the "Lusail Cup- Fun Run" activity sponsored by Lusail and organized by Sinohydro in collaboration with Tanween, who supported in managing and planning the event, to celebrate the completion of the Phase 1 Shared Access Road, part of Lusail's milestone project.
The 3km fun run event was attended by Lusail CEO, Engineer Essa Mohammed Ali Kaldari, and Mr. Zhang Zhiliang, the Ambassador of China along with Lusail Real estate Development company executives, staff, employees and contractors of Lusail Real estate Development company.Engineer Essa Kaldari thanked the staff, contractors and employees who contributed over the past four years for the success of the first milestone of the large-scale project.
"We are all gathered here to celebrate our achievements on the Lusail Project. Lusail City is on its way to becoming the city of the future as we have envisioned it, and the amount of work that has been accomplished so far is truly impressive."
"Many companies and many devoted and highly experienced professionals have been working diligently for the past four years on this project, and today we can proudly say that these efforts are coming to fruition, as we can see in the construction of our utility tunnels, car parks, marinas, roads, and many other accomplishments," said Eng. Kaldari while addressing the participants.
Lusail executives, staff, employees, project teams and contractors came together on this day to celebrate multiculturalism and diversity and to demonstrate that strong team work produces not only an excellent product, but strong relationships between employees. Those present at the event also participated in a run to celebrate and enjoy the newly-finished area of the Lusail City development and one of its beautiful, flooded marinas.
At the end of the event Engineer Essa Mohammed Ali Kaldari and other executives distributed prizes and medals to acknowledge the presence and exceptional effort of the participants, who on their part were proud to be part of this achievement.
The success of the event was reflected by the reactions of the participants, who were not only pleased by the event and its purpose, but showed appreciation to the organizers who gave them the opportunity to work on the project and strengthen their relationships with one another.
