Leading manufacturer rolls out new product range to leverage leadership in Middle East construction segment
Rubber World Industries (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed cell rubber insulation 'Gulf-o-Flex' in the Gulf and South East Asia, and a part of the international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, has implemented the strategic initiative of diversifying its trading items to create a stronger and improved line of construction essentials - widely catering to the Middle East region's flourishing construction and development industry. The move, which involves the roll out of a wider product range, is aimed at leveraging the company's leadership in the rubber based construction and building materials segment in both the Middle East and the rest of the international market. RWI's trading items include copper coils and tubes, capacitors and glue - also encompassing a complete range of AC parts and accessories, refrigerant gas cylinders and various kinds of adhesives.
The new strategic diversification aims at affirming the company's strong commitment towards providing excellent customer service, improving on their products and finding new ways to enhance the performance of each item as well. The move also aims to primarily target the HVAC related industries as HVAC products are always in high demand due to the region's warm climate. All trading items are world-class high quality items that are competitively priced giving RWI customers the advantage of lower prices and other key benefits.

The new line of trading items will be introduced in two phases. The first phase of products will include PVC tape, aluminium foil tape, reinforced aluminium foil tape, duct tape, foam tape, PVC tape, BOPP tape, masking tape, flexible insulated duct, flexible un-insulated duct, aluminium rigid duct, jublie brand strap, strap lock, duct sealant, suniso oil, canvas cloth, anti-vibrant pad, anti-vibrant pad with cork, duct mount, refrigerants, thermostats, capacitor, contractor, compressor, duct accessories, pipe clamp and support, motors, air condition fans and transformers. The second phase of trading items will include copper tube, copper fitting, gauges, tools, brazing and welding tools, valve, heat exchanger, brass fitting and filters. The leading rubber manufacturer also revealed plans to increase its current production capacity via AED 30 million expansion plans that aims to boost production to 3,600 containers per year by 2013. The expansion will significantly increase the production output of RWI's different line of industrial products such as 1,400 container tubes, 12,000 rubber rolls, 4,000 insulation sheet boxes, 100,000 rubber foam tape, 120,000 aluminium foil tape, 180,000 PVC roll tape and 120,000 duct tape.
