Dubai, UAE; Two Rixos Hotels in Kazakhstan received "Kazakhstan's Leading Hotel" and "Kazakhstan Leading Business Hotel" award at the Asian Gala Ceremony of the World Travel Awards, described by the International Herald Tribune as the "Oscars" of the travel industry.
Rixos Hotels received two more awards with its hotels in Kazakhstan at the 17th World Travel Awards Asia Ceremony which took place in New Delhi, India on 14 October 2010. Rixos President Astana has been awarded as "Kazakhstan Leading Hotel", and Rixos Almaty as "Kazakhstan's Leading Business Hotel". The General Manager of Rixos President Astana Mr. Volkan Oskay attended the Gala to receive the awards on behalf of Rixos.
