Amman - The Radisson Blu Tala Bay Resort, Aqaba has appointed Bassam Adnan Banna as the new Director of Sales & Marketing for the resort. Bassam, a Jordanian national gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry. During his career Bassam has accomplished background in the luxury hotel industry having gained fifteen years of experience in KSA, Kuwait and Jordan before joining the Radisson Blu team- Aqaba.

His solid experience and his strong background in the hospitality industry will serve him well as the Director of Sales & Marketing of our fantastic resort."
Bassam has over 20 years of extensive experience in direct sales, public relations, corporate communications and marketing in Jordan and across the Middle East. His background in luxury hotels, provides him with the ideal talent to create exceptional guest experience. Throughout his career, Bassam acquired an ample banking knowledge, managing Int'l accounts, in addition to establishing Int'l banking relations.
He joined the Rezidor Hotel Group early 2003 as District Director of Sales and Marketing for the three hotels in Saudi Arabia and then returned back to Jordan to work in Radisson SAS Hotels in Amman & Aqaba as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and after that he has been promoted to Executive Assistant Manager for Amman property in addition to Sales & Marketing role.
Bassam holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Jordan. He develops his commitment to the hospitality industry by actively participating in regional and international hospitality and travel & tourism fairs.
