Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha achieves 80% growth in 2010 sales

Doha, Qatar - Qatar has become one of the top five performing markets for Rolls-Royce Motors Cars in the Middle East, following a year of significant achievements for Alfardan Automobiles, the sole dealer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Qatar. Ending the year with a reported growth of 80 percent over 2009, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha was placed among the top five markets in the Middle East in both volume and sales and was ranked the third best performer in terms of Bespoke orders. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha remains amongst the top 10 dealers selling the richest Bespoke specifications around the world.
To celebrate its success in 2010 and commemorate the New Year, the dealer has announced the arrival of an exclusive and unique Rolls-Royce Motor Car commissioned specifically by and for the Middle East. The latest Middle East Phantom to be released from Goodwood is now available at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha showroom at The Pearl-Qatar, and will be on display at the company's stand at the inaugural Qatar Motor Show 2011.
Inspired by the design and craftsmanship of numerous architectural structures in the Middle East, including the world renowned Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, the Bespoke Phantom commission embodies a distinguishing motif of ordered repetition, radiating structures and rhythmic metric patterns. The brilliant Sandstone Metallic exterior paint colour symbolises the natural stone that many ancient and modern day Arabic constructions are built from.
A two-tone paint scheme featuring Arabian Blue Metallic is another all new Bespoke exterior paint developed specifically for the Middle East region. One of many examples of Goodwood quality and craftsmanship, the hand-painted Arabian Blue Metallic coachline provides a distinctive finishing touch to the car's exterior.
The Bespoke Programme, which has the highest global uptake in this region and has been met with overwhelming success in Qatar, is a service offered to Rolls-Royce clients whereby the client may specify features of the car, in order to create one's own, unique model. The Bespoke team at Goodwood is dedicated to finding new paints, materials and engineering solutions in order to continue to develop truly exceptional cars.

The Middle East Bespoke Phantom also features 21" Star Spoke alloy wheels which have been designed to colour match and complement the Sandstone Metallic exterior paint.
Inspired by Arabic design, the interior features a design motif of simple, clean surfaces, exuding serenity and offering a tranquil environment. As the perfect canvas for art, a new enhanced Marine White veneer is embellished with Bespoke marquetry that highlights intricate detail of ornate geometric patterns synonymous with Arabic design. The instrument panel top and steering wheel are specified in Navy Blue to accentuate the geometric marquetry motif and showcase a selection of classic Bespoke interior design elements.
The Rolls-Royce sales results and arrival of the new Middle Bespoke commission culminate a milestone year for Alfardan Automobiles, in which it achieved a growth of 66% across all its brands.
