United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, today announced that its first open house in Qanat Quartier, which took place November 6 to 8, has been a runaway success as several townhouses totaling 72 million riyals in value were sold during the three-day course of the event. The open house marked the first event of its kind in the region.

The event's final day marked the sale of the biggest property in Qanat Quartier, a plush four-bedroom townhouse unit covering 445 square meters. A Venice-like community, Qanat Quartier is one of the most popular and attractive precincts in The Pearl-Qatar, quickly becoming a highly sought after address in the Gulf region. Townhouses in Qanat Quartier are offered in two or three bedroom units covering 300 square meters and above.
