Kuwait: Oula Fuel Marketing Company "Oula" announced the conclusion of its training program organized for managers of all gas stations, under the title "First Aid - Principles of Life Support". This gesture was initiated as part of Oula's responsibility to ensure the application of public safety and security across all its stations.
The training program, led by the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, lasted a period of four working days -May 31st until June 5th - during which about 80 Oula managers from various stations attended the training program conducted by the Red Crescent society.
Commenting on this occasion, Assistant Manager of the HSEQ Department, Mohammed Ibrahim said: "This initiative was launched as a continuum to a number of training programs previously organized for Oula employees and managers in order to ensure the application of the highest level of safety and security across the stations." Ibrahim added: "Hosting such training programs will help station managers' deal with situations which require the application of life preservation principle." which they may encounter in the future through applying the safety skills which they have developed and learned during their training."
By the end of the program, registration and completion of training certificates were added to employees personal safety files.
