Osama brings a wealth of experience to the firm having practiced law in the UAE for over 25 years. He has in-depth experience in financial and capital markets transactions (both conventional and Islamic), business formations, insolvency, restructuring, regulatory, litigation, dispute resolution, employment and private client matters.
