In support of the opening of its Mazaya Towers in Kuwait Business Town, Al Mazaya Holding has announced the launch of a campaign aimed at creating a professional business environment while providing companies with a unique and stylish working space.
The campaign, called "office at reach", came about as a result of extensive research into the needs of Kuwaiti companies and will be implemented alongside the opening of Mazaya Towers, the regional developer's flagship project, later this month.
Eng. Salwa Malhas, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Al Mazaya Holding, explained: "Our team conducted research across a vast section of Kuwaiti companies, assessing their needs and determining their requirements. The team found that while many companies are located in old buildings that lack in logistics and aesthetics, most did not consider moving due to the additional cost and effort of fitting a new space with finishes and furnishings, despite a remarkable drop in the rental prices of many modern office blocks in the city.
"These findings led to the creation of "Office at Reach", a product that will support companies by offering modern designed spaces with high standard finishes at competitive prices," Malhas added.
One of the most important characteristics of Mazaya Towers is its strategic location in the heart of Kuwait, which is regarded as one of the most active and strategic locations for investors. The Towers also offer easy access to various main roads into the city center, as well as to service roads.
Malhas further highlighted the fact that the development is characterized by a unique exterior design, which has become internationally familiar, but added: "Not only do the Towers boast a stylish exterior, but every level also offers a full view of Kuwait City on one side, and the beauty of the Arabic Gulf on the other."
With stylish appearance and unique looks aside, Malhas believes that what adds real value is the management's firm belief in insuring the best services for the tenants in terms of hygiene, maintenance, security and hospitality, as these issues all combine to ensure a modern, practical and pleasant working environment. She stressed that Al Mazaya is well known for its state of the art architectural designs and its unique and unrivaled management and logistic services.
Another attractive feature is the soon to be constructed multi-level car park designated for tenants and their guests, for which Al Mazaya recently got the council's approval. Until the car park is completed, however, the company will provide access to four large car parks with a valet service to insure that tenants and their guests have easy access to the Towers.
Speaking of the "office at reach" campaign, Malhas stated that the Towers is open for visits since the contractor has finished the examination and has all the machinery running. "During the visit, we will introduce potential tenants to "Office at Reach", showing them the rental options and conditions that will suit their needs and circumstances. This includes a range open spaces starting from KD5/m2, or finished spaces starting from KD7.250/m2, or furnished offices starting from KD9/m2, as well as the opportunity to work hand in hand with associate companies to customize the décor and furnishings at competitive prices."
Al Mazaya will also present an interior design service, in association with well-known interior designers, called "Design Your Own Office" whereby the company will accept requests for specific, tailored designs.
The opening of the operations office will be announced during a forthcoming press conference, after which interested companies will be able to tour Mazaya Towers to find out more.
