Oman Insurance Company recently launched Abu Dhabi Employee Protect – an optimal medical insurance plan for the workforce in Abu Dhabi. The plan is compliant with Health Authority - Abu Dhabi requirements. Additionally, it offers UAE wide access to medical providers on direct billing basis.
The enhanced plan, which is designed for employees with a salary of up to AED 5,000 per month, offers a wide range of benefits including surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, emergency services, maternity care and new born cover. To help the companies save costs, the premium is calculated on pro rata basis for all employee additions and deletions.
