Mövenpick Al Bida'a has been awarded the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certificate to prove once again its commitment to food safety.
HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety. The process includes physical, chemical, and biological hazards identification and rectification as a means of prevention from receiving, storing to preparing and serving food. The HACCP certification process takes approximately six to twelve months.
The certification is a testament to the high standards of health and safety set within the hotel, and reinforces Mövenpick Al Bidaa's commitment to quality in all areas, especially Food and Beverage outlets.
Even before achieving the HACCP Certificate, Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida'a has always taken great pride in taking care of its guests by implementing an effective food safety management.
"I am very proud of my team and all the efforts that have been put into obtaining this accreditation. By obtaining the HACCP certificate, Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida'a reinforces its commitment to provide its guests with the ultimate dining experience in a safe and healthy environment." said Ramzi Shaban, the executive assistant manager.
