Abu Dhabi - The Ministry of Finance (MoF) recently received a delegation from the Department of Finance - Abu Dhabi (DoF) to review the Ministry's expertise in areas of strategic planning, performance management and risk and change management.

Faisal Al Mansouri, Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Department at MoF received the visiting delegation which was headed by Ahmed Salem Al Qubaisi, Head of Strategic Planning and Performance Division at DoF- Abu Dhabi; in the presence of MoF's team from the Strategic Planning and Performance Department.

Al Mansouri pointed out that the Ministry is committed to constructively cooperate with various local and federal government entities in order to support operations and procedures of strategic planning, performance management, risk management as well as change management. This reflects the Ministry's commitment to achieve its objectives of sustainable development in the financial and economic field.

Al Mansouri presented participants with an overview of the Ministry's experience in developing methodologies and systems related to the preparation and follow up of the strategic and operational plans. He also covered the most prominent elements listed in the Ministry's risk management guide and discussed the Ministry's electronic systems related to the strategic work.
