Muscat, September 16, 2012: Zubair Enterprises Dakhliya hosted a highly successful Open Day for its customers who benefited from a free vehicle inspection, oil change and also received technical advice to help them optimise the performance of their vehicle both in driving methods and in its maintenance.

 These services were delivered by a team of professional FUSO technicians at the Nizwa and Karsha service premises between September 9 and September 11 as part of the Fuso 3S campaign. Over 40 customers participated in the Fuso 3S campaign, all of whom were presented with free lube service and gifts.

Commenting on the Open Day Event, Mark Tomlinson, General Manager of Mitsubishi FUSO said, "In accordance with the FUSO business philosophy these events are important to maintain a regular dialogue and open relationship with our customers and to ensure that they are able to maximise the benefits they receive from their vehicles."

During the Free Service Campaign period, comprehensive health checkups, for Canter, Fuso and Rosa Customers, were conducted. Engines were topped up and a detailed report on the vehicle, explaining the various points noticed during the check-up, were provided to the customer. Also, free gifts were given to the customers in addition to attractive discounts on parts and labor for any of the jobs identified during this campaign.

"The Open day was organised as a part of the 3S campaign programme introduced by FUSO to demonstrate commitment to the customers, who deserve the best from all facets of the business operations," said Jamal Wasti, National Sales Manager of Mitsubishi FUSO. "We were delighted with the exceptional response we received and are expecting a similarly positive response from the Batinah region; where we will be conducting a similar open day later in the year," he added.
