Mannai Heavy Equipment Division (Mannai HED), has been recognised for excelling in its operational abilities, winning the "Dealer Excellence Award" at the JCB Middle East & Africa Dealer Event held in New Delhi, India, earlier this year.

Mannai HED won the prestigious award amongst eight other nominees for establishing facilities and making it functional to improve both customer experience and satisfaction.

Present for the awards ceremony was Mr. Patrick Massardy, Director for MEA & France Business, JCB, Mr. Paul Murray, General Manager of Africa Business, JCB.  Attending from Mannai HED was Mr. Sridhar, Senior Manager.

Mr. Sridhar commented on the occasion, "Winning this award is a great achievement for Mannai HED. JCB is one of the world's top three manufacturers of construction equipment and we have been their exclusive dealership in Qatar for more than 38 years. The "Dealer Excellence Award" was won in recognition of Mannai HED's strong attention to customer service and spanned a number of initiatives including the setting up of Sales, Parts & Service operations under one roof and establishing a dedicated Service Training Room for the on-going training and development of the Mannai HED team.

Mr. Luigi Rubinacci, spoke about the work Mannai HED have done in order to win this award, "We meticulously focused on streamlining the customer experience and by centralising Sales, Parts & Service and through this we have achieved a swifter and more efficient service model. Then there's our team - we believe that they are our greatest asset and advocates and because of this have established a Service Training Room for the sole purpose of keeping them informed and knowledgeable on the latest product offerings , customer service tips and industry updates.
