A new UAE-based real estate company with plans for rapid growth and development in and beyond the GCC has been inaugurated in Dubai under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
A privately-owned company working under a UAE government license, fbi Property & Development Company will focus on the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties and land within the UAE.
Initially targeting GCC markets, the company plans rapid expansion within the region and beyond and will provide a wide variety of real estate planning, expertise and solutions to trade, government and consumers.
fbi Property & Development Company plans to deal exclusively with clients with aspirations in excess of Dhs 10 million – a segment which represents about 5% of regional property demand, according to the company’s CEO Mme. Fayza Al-Breiki.
“To cater to this select market, the company will provide an individual, personalized service focusing on details”, she said at the inaugural event at Dubai’s Le Meridien Hotel.
“In coming years fbi Property & Development Company will be actively involved in producing some of the region’s largest real estate contracts. We will also present and promote new product concepts”, she added.
The result of three years planning, fbi Property & Development Company now operates from offices in Dubai’s Zabeel Road.
