(Amman - Jordan, 4th December 2011) maisam architects and engineers, one of the leading Jordanian architecture firms across the region dominated the awards ceremony podium at the Arabian Property Awards with their unprecedented win of 8 awards, four of which were nominated to enter this year's International Property Awards; the property industry's most prestigious award competition worldwide which is to be held in London this December. The Arabian property awards were presented at a gala dinner during the Property Awards Business Summit recently held on the 17th of November at The Burj Al Arab in Dubai in which over 50 regional property firms attended. The awards maisam won included:
- Best Architecture, Multiple Residence, Arabia, for the C19 Residential Tower
- Best Public Service Architecture, Arabia, for the College of Arts & Design
- Best Architecture, Single Residence, Arabia, for the Zabanih Residence
- Best New Small Hotel, Construction & Design, Arabia, for the Ahyaa Amman Boutique Hotel
- Best Architecture, Multiple Residence, Abu Dhabi, for the C19 Residential Tower
- Best Public Service Architecture, Jordan, for the College of Arts & Design
- Best Architecture, Single Residence, Jordan, for the Zabanih Residence
- Best New Small Hotel, Construction & Design, Jordan, for the Ahyaa Amman Boutique Hotel
In addition, maisam received highly commended recognition in the categories of public service architecture and public service interior.
The International Property Awards organized in association with Google and BLOOMBERG TELEVISION is open to residential and commercial property projects from around the globe, and judged by a jury panel consisting of more than 80 worldwide professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed. Every year, the awards celebrate winners from all around the world and have become recognized as the highest standard of excellence throughout the international industry.
This achievement stands as a testament to the unique work that maisam's multi-disciplinary team produce, utilizing knowledge, innovation and design in the creation of spaces, places, and experiences which elevate the quality of human living. It's worth mentioning that this is the second year in a row that maisam is awarded at this event, in the 2010 awards maisam have won three awards.
