Dubai, 13 November 2006... Ms Anne-Lyse Dufour, Resort Executive Housekeeper at Madinat Jumeirah - The Arabian Resort of Dubai, has been awarded Housekeeper of the Year at the 2006 Hotelier Middle East Awards held on Sunday evening.
Ms Dufour joined the Jumeirah Group almost a decade ago and worked as Executive Housekeeper at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Burj Al Arab before joining the pre-opening team at Madinat Jumeirah in 2003.
Mr Christophe Schnyder, General Manager of Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf, said he was delighted with Ms Dufour's achievements, "Congratulations must go to Anne-Lyse for this well-deserved accolade and for the ongoing commitment and enthusiasm she has shown throughout her career at Madinat Jumeirah."

Held annually, the Hotelier Middle East Awards are a celebration of excellence in the hospitality industry and award those working in a broad range of front and back of house roles.
