Jotun Egypt, the leading paints company, has awarded a series of mega painting contracts of many components at the landmark mixed use real estate project, Cairo Festival City in New Cairo.     

Spanning 3 million square meters, Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport. Cairo Festival City features Cairo's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

The company has been assigned to the finishing works and painting of   5 prototype villas located in Oriana district, a residential area at CFC. After Jotun has delivered the most outstanding standard of quality and reliability, it has been granted another finishing contract in the business park earlier 2011, comprising   4 office buildings. Jotun is now finalizing the painting works of that contract.

In May 2011, Jotun has signed an exclusive contract of painting the Festival Center, one of the largest shopping malls In Egypt, and the replica mall of Dubai Festival Center, the largest shopping centers in the Middle East. The total painting areas in these mega contracts exceeded 315000 sqm. Early 2012, Jotun was assigned to the finishing works of the Residential Villas, Oriana.   Phase 1 comprises 18 Villas, making Jotun Egypt the leading painting contractor of mega painting projects in Egypt and Middle East. In order to execute the mega projects in superior quality, Jotun utilizes some of its finest products including Fenomastic Emulsion Matt, Jotashield Top coat silk, Jotashield Tex ultra, Jotashield SA top coat silk, Fenomastic Matt.

Jotun's Single Source Solution 'SSS concept'' played a pivotal role in securing the Powder coating and Protective coatings for these mega projects. On the same hand, the cooperation between decorative team and Dubai powder coatings has streamlined the operations and made it easier to achieve the goals in a timely mannered approach.
