Japengo Café reveals a new look at the Souk Madinat Jumeirah

10 August 2014, Dubai, UAE - Japengo Café, the highly successful café concept from BinHendi Enterprises today reveals the results of a revamp to its vibrant Souk Madinat Jumeirah venue, with the introduction of a new menu and significant interior renovation. Surrounded by a number of leading luxury hotels and cultural venues connected by meandering avenues and lush waterways, the location represents one of Dubai's best-loved dining destinations.

Located on the ground level of the complex, the chic new Japengo Café interior enjoys a waterfront setting and an open plan layout with a window that allows diners to see directly into the kitchen, absorbing the energy of the Chef and his team. A contemporary Sushi Bar with counter style seating is found at the heart of the space, recalling sushi shops in Tokyo, as do the striking Japanese artworks decorating the walls.

This focus on Japan is further reflected in the menu, which has been modified to include only Japanese fusion dishes, using authentic recipes prepared with a considered selection of international ingredients. Diners can expect the highest quality nigiri, sashimi, maki and rolls, served on a culinary journey that includes dishes from the garden, sea, land and traditional robata grill.

Loyal Japengo Club fans will be pleased to find a selection of original Japengo Café dishes in the Japengo Classic section. All meals can be accompanied with an innovative mocktail list, including such highlights as kumquat and pink pepper spritzer and Asian pear sparkler.
