TS&S and QAFCO Sign Long Term Agreement
13 November 2012, Abu Dhabi: Today Turbine Services & Solutions LLC, (TS&S) signed a contract at ADIPEC with the Qatar Fertilizer Company LLC, (QAFCO) for a multi-year comprehensive support programme for QAFCO's Avon gas turbine packages.
TS&S has been working in support of QAFCO for over ten years now and with this agreement, is ensuring that QAFCO receives the benefit of long term integrated maintenance solutions.

Humod Al-Mannai, Chief Technical Officer, QAFCO, said, "Since QAFCO is the world's largest producer of ammonia and urea, quality is very important to us. To ensure plant reliability and availability and to minimise the amount of down time at the plant, we count on TS&S to provide quality service on our engines."
The agreement provides for complete repair, overhaul and technical site support for QAFCO's Rolls Royce manufactured gas turbines. All factory level maintenance and technical support will be carried out by TS&S in Abu Dhabi and all field support at the QAFCO site in Qatar.
