Amman - Imperial Palace Hotel, one of Amman's most prestigious 4-stars hotels, has hosted on 8th April 2008 a banquet in honour of the Emirati Embassy at "Aida", the hotel's international restaurant.
The lunch banquet was attended by the Emirati Ambassador, H.E Ambassador Rahma Hussein AL Za'abi, Commercial Consul, Cultural Consul, Military attaché, Economic Consul, as well as other diplomatic corps. On the other hand, Imperial Palace Hotel was represented in the lunch by Mr. Ahmad Abdul Latif, Imperial Palace Hotel Chairman, and Miss. Farah Abu Mattar, the Hotel's GM.
H.E, AL Za'abi, valued the Embassy's relationship with the hotel's management, and described the hotel's strategy in bolstering ties with customers as wise and insightful. The ambassador expressed his appreciation to the hotel's team for their effort in delivering excellent service and making the banquet a successful event.
From their side, Imperial palace Hotel's management expressed their delight for having the Emirati ambassador and the embassy's
staff on lunch, which illustrates the strong relationship that connects the hotel with the Emirati embassy, as one of the hotel's most important customers.
In this regard, Miss. Farah Abu Mattar, Imperial Palace Hotel GM, said "Our hotel highly values such events, as they give us the chance to express to our customers how important they are for us, and to what level we are keen on exceeding their expectations about our services."
Imperial Palace Hotel is going under massive renovation process to include renovated interior, new logo, new website, and new lines of service. The hotel is preparing for a major re-launching mid of May 2008.
