Construction on iconic development on track to completion
DUBAI (United Arab Emirates): Hydra Properties, the leading UAE-based international property developer, has achieved yet another milestone by announcing that it will be handing out units in one of its most anticipated community developments, Hydra Village Abu Dhabi, in the second quarter of 2009 as it completes the Phase I stage of the mega-project.
The leading property developer has also announced that excavation work for phase II is now 20% complete. With construction progressing as planned, this accomplishment further underscores Hydra Properties' commitment to complete the prestigious project on schedule by December 2010.

The project's construction is being overseen by a handful of well-established contractors in the construction industry - Ersa, PAL Technology, Blue Sea, Abu Dhabi Land, and Bayunah Laboratories. Samer Group and NEB Consultants have also been enlisted for the design and general supervision of the development.
Hydra Village Abu Dhabi, the eco-living retreat, has been designed with a clear focus on conservation. It will offer its residents all the smart technologies, conveniences, facilities and comforts associated with modern living while offering eco-living at its best.
Envisioned to rise in an affluent location near the Al Reef Palace in the UAE capital, Hydra Village Abu Dhabi is a residential community development that will encompass a total area of nearly 950,000 square metres, and showcase over 2,500 exquisitely-furnished villas and 17 residential apartment blocks.
