Dubai, UAE – Young, aspirational baseball players at the Emirates Airline Dubai Little League Park were treated to a famous visit earlier today by world renowned baseball legend, Orel Hershiser, current Los Angeles Dodgers player Ross Stripling and Bench Coach Bob Geren. Dubai Dodgers, the Little League team supported by Emirates and the Los Angeles Dodgers, had a fun morning being mentored by big-league heroes, learning the best skills on how to become a global, professional baseball player. 

Families and friends of all ages participated and enjoyed the kids’ clinic, playing friendly games between teams, and receiving autographs from some of the best players in Major League Baseball.  

Emirates partnered with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2016 to sponsor the Dubai Little League, supporting the development of baseball in Dubai and connecting with sport fans across the UAE. The Little League Park nurtures talent in different divisions, allowing young players to benefit from the mentorship programmes and state-of-the-art facilities.
