Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza was chosen by the Chamber of Tourism Establishments to host one of the leading conferences to discuss the international economic crisis and its repercussion on tourism sector and all business sectors.

The conference was inaugurated by Zohier Garana Minister of Tourism and Adel Labib Governor of Alexandria, and attended by Wasim Mohy El Din Secretary-General of the Chamber of Tourism Establishments, top economic and media figures and businessmen. The conference was held at Zahraa ballroom in Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza, where they all praised the luxurious level of the service, and the efforts of all hotel team members to ensure the success of the conference.
