The contract was signed at SABIC Engineering & Project Management office by and between Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Humaid, President `of Hadeed, Mr. Manfred Tapfer, Head of Marketing Area Middle East, and Mr. Vesa Hirvonen, Sales Manger, on behalf of OUTOKUMPU TECHNOLOGY OYJ. The contract was signed in presence of General Manager, SABIC Engineering and Project Management, Mr. Mazyad Al-Khaldi and Mr Mohameed Al-Mughaidi, GM special projects for Hadeed. ENDS
SABIC affiliate the Saudi Iron and Steel Company (HADEED) signed a contract with OUTOKUMPU TECHNOLOGY OYJ for the provision of basic engineering services for pelletising Hadeed Iron Bearing By-products in Al-Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia. The study works with all related activities will be completed by the end of the 3rd quarter 2007. The pelletising project will provide HADEED with 600,000 TPY of pellets.
