Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain - Gulf Aviation Academy ("GAA") signed an agreement recently with Profiles International - Arabia, which will allow it to provide Profiling Assessment tests and services in The Kingdom of Bahrain. The strategic business partnership agreement signing took place at GAA's premises in Bahrain.

With this agreement, GAA will be the first provider of this service in Bahrain and will also be able to promote and provide Profiling Assessment services in Qatar, Oman and Saudi.

As part of the agreement, Profiles International - Arabia will train and certify GAA personal and ensure they are well versed with Profiles 12 assessment tools and will also provide all the necessary support required to ensure successful implementation of its assessment solutions.

Profiling assessment services (Psychometrics) is the discipline concerned with the measurement of psychological variables such as Cognitive Abilities, Behaviours and Personal Interests of the candidate. It can provide the end user with an insight of the employee's thinking style, communication, decision making capability and leadership proximity.
