Born out of the vision of bringing art and food together, the up-and-coming Levantine concept - Grand Beirut has made its way to the UAE’s thriving cultural capital. The new restaurant at The Galleria brings the total number of locations across the country to three.
Abu Dhabi residents can now dine at Grand Beirut, which offers authentic Lebanese specialties with innovative twists in a space that will transport them to the heart of the levant. For those that appreciate a side of art with their dining experience, Grand Beirut is an Instagram worthy, aesthetically attractive venue inspired by the lively culture, and flora of the worlds charm exuding capital.
Grand Beirut has and continues to bring forth a new experience with every addition of its growing brand. The bright and colorful identity that is becoming ever so distinct will inevitably be prominent in this new location, however it was standard practice for the concept creators to add in an innovative element to the restaurant. Dinners will get to walkthrough an immersive space that resembles the Levant’s vibrant streets.
The first Grand Beirut opened at Dubai Silicon Oasis earlier this year followed by a second location at Expo. The concept’s refreshing take on Levantine cuisine has already made it a crowd favorite and it was time to bring it to Abu Dhabi. The Galleria Al Maryah Island has long been a popular dining hub for the Abu Dhabi community, offering a wide range of dining experiences, making it an ideal venue for Grand Beirut to introduce its brand to Abu Dhabi.
On the new launch Niveen Ibrahim - COO at MBT Development and Executive Director at MBT Restaurant Management said “we have garnered so much from our presence at Expo and the brand has been well received by visitors and high-profile guests. Our vision for the capital has been rather special, the Abu Dhabi opening marks a new chapter in the wider expansion plans for the restaurant brand across the UAE.”
We are excited to take our guests on an experiential journey through the food and the setting which will feature an open kitchen and live cooking stations ranging from mezzes to authentic desserts.
Danny Kattar – General Manager at MBT Restaurant Management
Jean Hanna has been appointed as the General Manger of Grand Beirut – The Galleria, with years of experience in managing high-end restaurants in the capital and alongside Head Chef Raed Saleh Zeitoun, MBT RM anticipates a great future for this new venture.
