Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 10 February, 2009- Following the success of the inaugural Leadership Lecture in April 2008, the UAE's most influential business leaders will again gather in Abu Dhabi on 10th March 2009 to attend a leadership forum entitled "Developing a Culture of Excellence", featuring one of the world's greatest modern day business thinkers, Tom Peters.

Since the publication of his seminal book In Search Of Excellence, Peters has led a management revolution lasting more than 25 years. Setting a new benchmark for how leaders view their relationships with both employees and customers, he has time and again redefined the nature of global business.
