Dubai, UAE; April 14, 2013: The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) conducted an intensive training programme for Pure Gold Jewellers sales team on how to effectively sell to today's well informed jewellery customers. The programme focused on the prime qualities that are required in today's sales person, apart from core selling skills, including developing a winning mindset, managing perceptions, individual brand building and engaging with customers so as to gain their confidence and loyalty.
